This top quality pallet tilter lifts, tilts and transports crates and boxes on both pallets and stillages.  It makes it easy to find the ideal working position - whether sitting or standing and has been designed to give an operator the ergonomically correct position to reach loads easily, without bending down or stretching upwards.  The forks can be tilted up to 90 degrees and the working height varied between 750 and 950mm. 
There is always free access to the load since the handle can be turned and locked in position away from the work area.  The manual model incorporates a two stage pump with quick lift facility in both lifting and tilting operations.  Hard chromed pistons and double seals keep the hydraulic system oil tight and reliable. The manual tilter is fitted with polyurethane tyred wheels for quiet smooth operation. tilt pallets

pallet tilter handle The electric model takes the effort out of tilting and lifting. The lifting and lowering functions are built into the handle and the tilt may be operated by remote control (see arrow in picture).  The operator is thus able to adjust the tilt angle during filling and emptying to suit his own position and comfort.  For convenience the tilt control may be placed near the operator e.g. on the crate or stillage.
On the electric model the steering is connected to one wheel which makes the tilter very positive to steer and hence very manouevrable. Standard features include a ground locking parking brake which ensures the tilter remains precisely in the required position, foot protectors for safety, and polyurethane wheels for quiet, smooth operation. tilter steering
