Self Levelling Pallet Mover

Note the pallet lowers automatically as it is loaded by the operator thus maintaining a convenient working height.  This is particularly useful in despatch areas where orders are collated and in production departments e.g. at the end of conveyors where product is loaded on to pallets. By maintaining a comfortable working height operators can handle more product quickly, safely and without physical strain back injuries are reduced.

As an added benefit the Auto Leveller can also be used at any time as a conventional pallet truck, pallet mover, pallet stacker or lift table.  And it lifts high enough to load vans and medium-sized commercial vehicles.

Available in 700kg and 1000kg capacities, the chassis can be either of narrow straddle leg configuration for europallets, or wide straddle leg for 4 way entry 1000mm x 1200mm closed base pallets.  Both models lift to 820mm high and come with built in battery and separate single phase 220 volt charger.

Optional extras include a steel platform to cover the forks which provides a convenient lift table.  Alternatively a platform roller top can be supplied.
